More products do not automatically make a better supplement store. We would rather stock a focused range that customers can understand and compare.
Our selection checks
- Clear identity: the product, brand, strength and pack size must be identifiable.
- Usable label information: ingredients and directions should be available and understandable.
- Relevant format: capsules, tablets, powders, gummies and liquids are grouped so customers can compare like with like.
- Sensible positioning: we avoid presenting food supplements as medicines or promising guaranteed results.
- Ongoing review: listings are corrected, restricted or removed when product information or UK requirements make that necessary.
